PSN and PNSP Current BOT members, PSN and PNSP Past Presidents, Chairs of PSN Standing Committees, Members of the 45th Annual Convention Committee, Life Fellows, and Life Members are exempt from paying membership dues for the fiscal year 2024-2025.

PSN adheres to the Constitution of the Philippine College of Physicians (PCP) and the Philippine Medical Association (PMA) being one of its recognized components.

It is an organization of physicians who care for patients with kidney disease, both adult and pediatric.
